What We’re Looking For

As a Senior Administrator you will support HUB in an administrative role with a variety of tasks. We are seeking an individual with strong multi-tasking abilities to join our Burnaby Still Creek location in a regular full time position.

Our Burnaby Still Creek head office location is centrally located near Brentwood Town Centre and Gilmore station in the Willingdon Business Park. This location is skytrain accessible with many shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.

You would be joining our rapidly growing Business Support Services Division, and will be instrumental in helping build an innovative, client-focused approach and culture. Requirements

  • Work well in a structured professional environment. Basic experience with MS Word and Outlook Physical requirements – lift heavy articles above head while shelving, up to 40 lbs – Push mail cart, file boxes

A Day in the Life

Finance and Accounting Support

  • Reconcile incoming cheques via our FTNI system to client accounts through broker management system (Epic)

  • Prepare cash journals and deposit slips and submit to account department

  • Complete daily audit logs

  • Monthly reconciliation of binder cheques

  • Forward carrier commission statements to appropriate departments

  • Carrier cheque requests

  • Colwood AR Reports for all branches

  • Bi-Yearly Stripe reconciliation

Information management

  • Daily & Monthly reports for inContact, Autolink, Mode

  • Daily Download

  • Manage and maintain back-office inbox

  • Data entry projects

Office Support Services

  • Prepare and take deposits for bank and letters for post office

  • Mailroom and Reception relief

  • Participate in cross-training for various roles and participate in various work assignments

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
