BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Under the authority of the Assistant Clinical Director, the incumbent is responsible for customer service and administrative activities related to the functions of his department involving answering telephone, the transmission of general information on the services offered and the various procedures, welcoming clients, assigning appointments and administering files.

Hold a high school diploma

Professional requirements and skills required:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
Be comfortable in a computerized environment
Be at ease in a service sales context
Knowledge of the Office suite
Knowledge of optics an asset
