Role Summary/Purpose:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for picking and packing outbound orders three days in advance of actual ship date, assists with receiving inbound goods, and helps the operations team with other duties as required.

Scope of Responsibilities:
Kitting (bundling) product for outbound shipment.

Follow documented procedures.

Packing product and staging for outbound shipment.

Ensure packing is done according to Packing and Quality Procedures and meets all quality system objectives.

Assist in receiving inbound materials.

Help Operations team as required with general tasks.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality Requirements:

Our objective is to maintain a Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, the US FDA Quality System Regulation as well as any additional regulatory requirements of the markets in which our products are sold. Employees of NDI are instrumental to our compliance efforts and required to understand and comply with the QMS.

Accountable for understanding and following all design control procedures for NDI’s product development projects.

Education and Professional Qualifications:
Post-secondary education.

Prior experience in an ISO 9001 environment an asset.

Manual dexterity, capable of handling small components.

Motivated self-starter with proven ability to complete duties with minimal supervision.

Desired Characteristics/Additional Assets:
Enthusiastic team player.

Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and influencing skills; establishes and maintains professional and productive working relationships with team members.

Strong problem solving and attention to detail skills.

Capable of lifting up to approximately 50lbs.
