Vancouver Island – Shift Supervisors (Starting $17/hr)

McDonald’s Restaurant in Duncan BC is looking for McDonald’s Management staff. Applicants with previous McDonald’s experience preferred, however applicants with Quick Service Restaurant experience and willing to be trained on McDonald’s Systems are encouraged to apply! We are a local franchise organization and are dedicated to providing excellent guest service to all our customers and we know that starts with hiring, training, and developing the best people!

Relocation costs or travel costs, if applicable, will be covered.

Our Duncan location is currently hiring full-time and part-time shift supervisors and above. Morning shifts start as early as 6am, evening shifts end at 11pm, and overnight shifts are available in a variety of lengths starting at 9pm or later.

Previous experience as a shift supervisor (and above) with a Quick Service Restaurant

Job Skills

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; estimate and order product and supplies; ensure food service and quality control; maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and profits; prepare and submit reports; establish methods to meet work schedules; train staff in job duties; sanitation and safety procedures; address customer complaints and concerns
