Description

Reporting to the Product Specialist, Business Intelligence Services (BIS) and working closely with the BIS Operations team, the incumbent will assist in the post-sale advisory, operational and administrative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist product specialist for day to day IATA Passenger Business Solutions operational and client advisory duties;
  • Support IATA business intelligence training to global airlines with focus on revenue management, network planning and sales;
  • Communicate with airlines/airports with the high volume of queries and questions regarding IATA Passenger BI solutions in a timely manner;
  • Support IATA Passenger BI E-learning course content drafting and design;
  • Produce PPT and/or Excel analysis for meeting and conference for the team upon request;
  • Update regular reports/dashboards and communication materials and keeping the SharePoint portal up-to-date with the newly created materials;
  • Maintain the survey framework and analytics platform Supporting other team members with designing and conducting surveys after trainings/webinars.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Recent University graduate (degree must have been achieved within the last 12 months). University degree in aviation/airline management, air transportation or IT/data related majors. Master degree would be an asset;
  • Passion in working for airline industry with airline knowledge and working experience preferred;
  • Excellent MS office skills especially in PowerPoint and Excel;
  • High EQ with good multi-tasking skills;
  • Excellent data analysis with relative IT skills;
  • Detail oriented, responsible and team spirit;
  • Strong aviation sense including airlines networks and strategies would be an asset;
  • Proficient in English, knowledge of another language would be a strong asset (Chinese, French, Spanish, etc.).
