Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, organize, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant and kitchen.
- Set weekly staff schedules and monitor performance
- Handle reservations and party bookings
- Day to day shift management
- May recruit, hire and train staff
- Maintain highest standards of food quality and cleanliness and resolve customer complaints
- Control inventory, supplies and waste etc and implement ways to improve efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of English language is required (Vietnamese language will be an asset)
- Must have two years of work experience in a similar field.
- Completion of a college diploma or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
- Passion for service and commitment to quality.
- Strong attention to details.
Benefits:
