As a member of the Information Technology team, you will support the day to day operations of the department by ensuring that all financial, clerical, purchasing and logistical functions are performed efficiently and on-time. You will be managing the equipment purchase requests workflow, responding to enquiries, providing reporting and information related to budgets, tracking of assets, and reviewing and processing financial transactions. We are looking for someone to help us continue to improve our processes and procedures in support of providing and exceptional experiences for our employee and student community. You will work with a team of talented Information Technology staff and management, an engaged community and an impactful executive team.

- Completion of one year (approximately 30 credits) of post-secondary education in a relevant discipline.
- Two or more years of directly related experience assuming progressively more responsibility in relevant positions.
- ITIL Foundation certification in the current ITIL version is preferred.

Our standard work week is 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm. This position can include some evening and some weekend work.
$3,650 per month (with increments to a max of $4,104 per month)
