Reporting to the Manager, the Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor is in charge of and performs a variety of supervisory and housekeeping and laundry duties for a multi-site operation, including supervision of more than 16 designated staff, coordinating and evaluating work assignments, and preparing estimates and monitoring budgets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
Grade 12 plus four (4) years recent, related experience, including one (1) year supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills And Abilities
Ability to supervise.
Ability to organize work.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to operate related equipment.
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
