Project Coordinator, CCBI – Faculty of Media and Creative Arts

Role Profile
The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing the logistical requirements related to CCBI initiatives both in-person and virtually. This includes activities such as webinars, masterclasses, innovation initiatives and conferences. This role ensures that CCBI-lead activities and public-facing events including projects involving external partners maintain a high level of professionalism and quality control. The Project Coordinator will also coordinate communications activities for the CCBI as part of a team including developing social media plans and calendars, creating content, writing copy and updating the CCBI website.

Minimum Qualifications

Education
3-year advanced diploma or equivalency, preferably in an area related to arts & culture or a creative discipline

Experience/Skills

  • Minimum 1 year experience required in a marketing, communications, event planning, or customer service field and familiarity with creative and cultural industries.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and web creation software such as Web flow or WordPress.
