Admissions Associate, A&ES

Under general direction from the Manager of Admissions and Enrolment Services, you will play a key role in providing customer service to prospective students, applicants for RRU academic programs, as well as internal and external clients. You will be responsible for a broad range of functions in support of Marketing and Enrolment Services, and acts as the first point of contact for applicants during the application and enrolment process.

Job Requirements

Three to five years of related experience (preferably in an academic environment)

A dedicated service orientation when dealing with all internal or external clients (i.e., potential learners, applicants, current learners, alumni, associate faculty, fellow RRU staff, agencies, etc.)

Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)

Knowledgeable about the University and the programs RRU offers

Ability to multi-task while remaining process driven and outcomes oriented

Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to adapt to new systems

Familiarity with Agresso and Microsoft CRM is preferred but not required

A disciplined self-starter, demonstrated by taking initiative where appropriate

Demonstrates ability to work with minimal supervision

Strong team ethic with the ability to work well with others and individually

Additional Information

This is a regular, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. This position has been evaluated at ADM-C with a salary range of $47,198 (minimum) to $55,526 (midpoint) to $63,856 (maximum) per annum. Employment offers will normally be made between the minimum and midpoint of the range and are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
