Our Company
We provide online therapy services, such as speech therapy, to children around the world. The TinyEYE team created the world’s first online therapy platform, and we have helped thousands of children to thrive in their lives. We do this by connecting our specialized therapists with our schools for engaging, effective services. Service Coordinator
- Create an experience of ease and reliability for our customers.
- Execute your work with attention to creating a rewarding school year for each customer.
- Provide exceptional support to guide customers through the stages of their TinyEYE journey.
- Hold yourself accountable for influencing the achievement of the customer’s service goals.
- Provide your customer with valuable and timely information about service updates and results.
- Demonstrate authentic respect and appreciation of our customers during all interactions.
- Facilitate solution-focused conversations.
- Demonstrate adaptable communication styles.
- Know your customers, build their experience and pay attention to results.
- Demonstrate high accountability to outcomes and continuously seek opportunities to close gaps.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education (degree or diploma preferred, but not required).
- A combination of education and relevant experienced will be considered
