CAA Club Group’s IT department is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with strong technical skills to join the team. This position will have exposure to multiple business lines including Club, Travel, Insurance, Member Services and Member Advocacy.

Position Details
What you will do:
Develop testing strategies, and identify tools and processes to optimize overall quality assurance activities;
Guidewire (version 7) testing experience in Policy Center, Claim Center and Billing Center is highly desired.
Create a complete quality assurance validation cycle
Update testing plans
Run test scenarios and participate in quality assurance validation
Identify and document bugs found during testing.
Actively participate in the planning, preparation and execution of effective test efforts
Provide test result walk-throughs for the project team
Primary liaison for testing expertise for business participants on business acceptance test support
Manage relationships with project team members, third party vendors/service partners, release teams and client areas as appropriate
Participate in improving QA processes to deliver good quality product by giving feedback on existing and newly introduced processes
Who you are:
Post-secondary diploma or degree
7+ year experience in Quality Assurance roles with Guidewire;
Hands-on knowledge of software development life cycle and project management life cycle
Sound knowledge of software development methodologies and practices, version control practices and defect management practices
Knowledge of test case design techniques
Understanding of business workflows and products/applications involved
Understanding of documentation repository practices and procedures
Ability to identify and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders; can demonstrate ways to meet the diverse needs of the different interest groups
Experience with SQL, automation tools, testing frameworks, scripting/programming experience
Experience with Software Bug Tracking, and Test plan management tools
Experience with Data Warehouse projects and database (SQL)
5+ years’ experience testing .NET and java applications
Solid experience with software technologies including: HTML, XML, java, and .NET
Experience in the testing of web based applications and Broker Management System (BMS)
