Reporting to the Director or designate, the Site Director is responsible for overseeing the operations of assigned Immunization Clinics within a defined area. This includes all aspects of daily operations as well as planning, implementing, and organizing of initiatives in the Immunization Clinics. In collaboration with the Director(s), Medical Directors, Operational Managers and other stakeholders, the Site Director problem solves and liaises with Managers, Medical leadership, Directors, and Executive Directors on capacity management and site operations issues. The Site Director oversees the intersection of service delivery and optimal site functioning. This position ensures critical linkages with all levels of staff within the applicable sites and liaises with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or a relevant discipline, plus seven (7) to ten (10) years’ recent, relevant, progressive senior management experience.
