Manager/Sr. Manager Global Lending and Cobrand Product Development

The Global Lending and Cobrand Product Development team is responsible for leading large, cross-functional teams to drive new products, features and capabilities from ideation to market launch – globally. This role has high visibility and broad exposure to all critical areas of the Consumer business.

Responsibilities include:
Drive vision, develop and launch global products, features and capabilities, ensuring global reusability

Lead Consumer-wide strategic initiatives (from kick off to launch) to drive business results, improve customer experiences, and increase agility in product development

Critical participant in concept development, feasibility assessment, and end-to-end customer experience design

Understand business objectives and customer needs, and identify creative ways to leverage capabilities and develop new solutions to meet those needs

Act as the product ambassadors with deep knowledge about the end to end product offering, capabilities and experiences. Operate from a strong basis of knowledge and confidence

Working with central and local cross-functional teams to ensure capabilities meet market needs and adhere to local regulatory, compliance and risk requirements. Coordinate with local market to obtain alignment and influence decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

Excel and desire to function in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously drive multiple projects

Comfort with technology, and ability to understand business and customer needs and translate into tech requirements

Demonstrated ability to drive results in a highly matrixed organization, capable of influencing and building internal alignment across lines of business and support groups

Manage effectively through ambiguity and evolving strategies while maintaining customer focus

Communicate complex topics clearly across multiple stakeholders, including Technologies, Product, Marketing, Servicing, and Co-brand partners

Experience as a product owner in agile delivery environment a plus
