Chief Executive Officer

CXsphere is a growing Startup, searching for an experienced and dynamic leader to join us in the role of a CEO (Chief Executive Officer). The CEO will work closely with all divisions of the company and act as a main link to ensure the entire company’s goals are aligned. The ideal candidate for this role has previous technology Startup experience, has in depth understanding of business as well as technology, and has proven track record of effective leadership enabling continuous growth and scaling.

The position:

· Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

· Hour wage: $60/hour

· Working site: 25 Watline Avenue, Suite 204, Mississauga ON L4Z 2Z1

· Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

· Provide inspired leadership company-wide and communicate our unique vision both internally and externally

· Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors

· Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy

· Report to the board of directors and Shareholders keeping them informed

· Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan

· Act as the primary spokesperson for the company

· Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision

· Scale the internal teams and recruit new members

· Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale

· Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing

· Work with all stakeholders and other executives of the company

· Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations

· Work with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals

· Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company

· Identify competitions and assess risks

· Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations

· Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company

· Oversee the development of product and ensure it aligns with company’s business goals and vision

· Assess ongoing technological trends and ensure our technology remains relevant, competitive and a leader in our space

Requirements:

· Master’s Degree or equivalent

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Experience in a Startup as an executive

· Experience in a senior management position

· Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting

· Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce

· Understanding of human resources and personnel management

· Experience with corporate governance

· Proven negotiation skills

· Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions

· Ability to inspire confidence and create trust

· In depth understanding of business fundamentals

· Experience in various business functions such as marketing, sales, finance

· In depth understanding of current technology trends, and experience with Machine Learning/Artificial intelligence and its application

· Experience in solving business problems by developing new technologies

· Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate
