The Challenge Ahead:
Ensure execution and compliance to 3DS Macro Processes to optimize Business Performance and Operational Efficiency within the Global University and Technology School network.

What Will Your Role Be?

Manage overall forecast / pipeline accuracy for all revenue type and at all dimensions (Industries, Engagement Models/Online, Business Streams and Brands) for current quarter and rolling quarters

Leverage KPIs and Data analytics to challenge Forecast and propose actionable recommendations to Sales Management

Ensure data quality of Forecast and Pipeline including Renewals

Drive Lessons learnt @ the end of each quarter & recovery plan in sync with market developer

Ensure efficient Lead assignment to partners

Manage (Approve/Reject) Partners’ Leads and Opportunities registration process

Territory/Customer Management

Support Site creation process for partners

Manage territory assignment

Manage Customer definition and constancy

Manage Sales/Partner Assignment to Customer

Manage escalation and deviation situations regarding transformation plan

Your Key Success Factors:
Conferred Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required

8+ years of experience in sales execution, working with and through partners, business analysis, leading change, managing projects with multiple tracks, managing CRM system required

Experience with Universities and Technology Schools

Effective Communication

Effective Negotiation

3DS Company Knowledge

Operations & Process Management

Business Forecasting

Sales Process and Tools

Business Administration Methods, Process and Tools

At least one additional language other than English, such as French, Spanish, Hindi or Mandarin preferred.
