POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the management team, donors clerks plays a key role in the Renaissance team. Manual, repetitive labour does not scare them, and they do it with good humour, courtesy, and kindness. The donors clerk greets donors, sees to primary sorting operations at the donation centre, and ensures good organization of supply when it comes to sorting received donations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greeting donors and helping them get donations out of vehicles

Keeping an accurate donation log daily

Sorting the donations by categories

Keeping the workstation and workspace in impeccable order

Going to meet the donors in less than ten seconds

Taking part in workplace maintenance

Carrying out any related tasks

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Secondary 3 diploma or equivalent

Speed, attention to detail, and sense of organization

Literacy, numeracy, and measurement skills

Willingness to vigorously support Renaissance’s integration mission and philosophy

Teamwork skills

Open-mindedness, tolerance, acceptance, and respect for others

Capacity to adapt and honesty
