Job Description
A large healthcare clients PMO group is looking for a Go Live Project Manager to support the Go Live Readiness Cutover and Sustainment Planning for the integrated OPOR (One Patient, One Record) EMR solution. This program includes the implementation of a new clinical information system that will replace or connect more than 80 systems currently used by healthcare professionals to record and view patient information. This resource will report into the OPOR Program Manager – overseeing the Go Live readiness, cutover and sustainment for EMR implementations. The Go Live Project Manager will be working closely with various stakeholders while monitoring and evaluating the success of the Go Live process, implementing improvements as needed. This resource will require extensive experience in managing Go Live, particularly with Cerner or similar EMR systems. Experience with healthcare is preferred but not required.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:
Experience working as a Project Manager leading a Cerner or similar EMR implementation during Go Lives
Has overseen the transition from legacy systems and cutover processes to new CIS
Developed and executed the following:
Developing plans
Timelines
Resource Allocation
Risk Management
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse team and stakeholders – Cerner Implementations
Worked in a Clinical Environment null
