Job Description

We’re looking for energetic, career-minded, guest-focused, results-oriented PEOPLE people to join our management team in Midland/Elmvale – small towns on Georgian Bay just north of Barrie with a three-restaurant McDonald’s market.

Qualifications

You work hard, think on your feet, expect the best from yourself and those around you and you always put people first. You are willing to learn new things and approaches and you stay on track when the unexpected happens. You are patient but have a “do it now, fix it now” attitude. You strive for a good work/life balance but you also realize you work in a 24/7 business and aren’t afraid of “doing what it takes” sometimes. Most importantly, you know that “none of us is as good as all of us” and you don’t spell “team” with an “I”
