Department Overview

The Wealth Communication, Colleague Experience team brings legendary to life every day. We are part of Wealth Shared Services, and collectively, we partner with Direct Investing, Financial Planning, Private Wealth Management and TD Asset Management to enrich the lives of our clients, colleagues and community.

The Wealth Creative team is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies and tactical plans for Wealth-wide programs and projects, including new introductions or changes to technology, regulatory projects, executive communications, employee experience programs, client experience initiatives, and client communications. Additionally, the team is responsible for setting the Wealth intranet’s strategy and management and developing impactful videos to support various programs.

Job Description

Provide creative design support to our clients in TD Wealth, including developing digital content and other communication initiatives as assigned.

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide support to the Studio Manager by executing Accessible creative design according to brand guidelines and creative direction.

  • Work with multiple stakeholders to convert marketing and sales requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts.

  • Develop creative concepts based on debrief and pitch the design theme to get full buy in from key stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain great working relationships with business partners to understand business objectives, priorities and direction.

  • Act as a creative consultant, providing advice and guidance on design projects.

  • Collaborate with senior designers to design high-quality marketing materials, including sales tools, video, event themes, collaterals across media platforms.

  • Ensuring alignment on the creative direction with our corporate brand standards.

  • Successfully implement project tasks and critical deliverables under the direction of the Manager.

  • Completed an undergraduate degree with a preference for Design.

  • 3-4 years of experience with creative brand-approved layouts and design artifacts.

Job Requirements

  • Professional role with a focus on providing design development and communications support on programs within defined parameters.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites; InDesign, Photoshop, MS Word, Powerpoint, HTML, CSS, Illustrator, and After Effects.

  • UX and Web design experience as an asset

  • Investigates and analyses potential solutions; ensure processes and functional programs are implemented.

  • Meticulous attention to detail with good organizational skills.

  • Delivers assigned initiatives/projects/programs with direction from senior design members.

  • Strong capability with data visualization, solid skills in infographic design in PPT

  • Great written and oral communications skills.

  • Basic understanding of the practices, procedures, and principles of project management.
