Our Business Performance Improvement solution is seeking an Associate Director to join our growing team.
What You Can Expect:
Associate Directors take the lead role in strengthening our relationships with key clients and provide seamless guidance in the completion of these engagements . Associate Directors have a solid understanding of their client’s business and demonstrate technical competence in their solution and industry. Associate Directors have the opportunity to develop new projects at loyal clients and also help identify new developing clients. Associate Directors are responsible for the success of all client related work within their portfolio and manage the success of these engagements. Associate Directors develop lasting relationships within the business community and are respected for their areas of expertise.

You take the lead role in maintaining primary contact with significant clients while managing their expectations, project scope and the related operational matters.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

Overall knowledge of finance and accounting operations, financial frameworks, financial accounting systems and business intelligence tools
-
An understanding of core business and finance processes such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial & Management Reporting, Treasury, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Fixed Assets, Inventory and Revenue
-
Manage service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement

Strong understanding of shared services and global business services design and implementation
-
Experience in evaluating existing business processes, recommending enhancements, and implementing changes
-
Experience participating in or leading business development opportunities
-
Assisting clients manage change through implementation of proposed recommendations
-
Leading significant client checkpoint meetings relative to project progress
-
Experience leading transformational accounting projects a plus
-
Superior supervisory experience of teams including performance appraisal, mentoring / coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Strong interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships.

Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, or Related Field).

9 + years workin g in Consulting, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Assurance Services, or related field, either in professional services or industry
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio, Access, and Tableau / Power BI.
Do You Love Exploring New Places?
We travel throughout the month frequently based upon client requests/commitments. Travel may include suburban, regional, or out of state locations.
