This role within the Academy is primarily responsible for conducting the Academy’s marketing and admissions processes, the management of its website and Facebook, advertising, managing broadcast communications to students and faculty and facilitating the day to day operations of Zoom and Google Classroom, which includes such things as: the training of faculty/staff for use of the system and the management of examinations input and grading.
This position is also the lead role in the development of timetables, course schedules, room use planning, verification of clinic reconciliations. It also manages third party rentals of academy space.
It is a highly influencing role as it interacts and communicates with the public and students (our customers), Academy personnel, Program Directors, Dean, Executive Director, the Building management,.
Strong verbal and written English skills are required.
