We are looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team! You will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of people focused projects from enhancing our safety programs, organizing employee activities and events, and delivering future workplace experience needs. You will have the opportunity to create a workplace environment where our employees feel safe, secure, connected, and inspired.
Your Responsibilities
Be the primary contact between the company and building management making sure all facility needs are met.
Event planning including regular social events.
Work closely with our People + Talent team on employee engagement and onboarding support (i.e. workstation set up, welcome swag).
Stay up to date on changing workplace laws and local government mandates as we navigate COVID restrictions/guidelines.
Ensure we remain compliant with workplace safety expectations.
Manage contract negotiations, property management relationships and local vendors.
Assess risks and make informed decisions about Employee Health & Safety.
About You
You have 4+ years of relevant Operations and Facilities experience.
Well versed in workplace systems, tools & platforms.
Experience partnering with the Finance team to build budgets for smooth office operations.
Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing a wide range of requests with great time management.
Proven track record to partner with all levels of the business effectively and develop/sustain cooperative working relationships with internal staff and external contacts.
Excellent customer service and organization skills.
Solution oriented with ability to adapt quickly through changing priorities.
