Your Role:
As a trainer in our Education and Training department, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Conduct training sessions for customers and prospective customers, both online and in-person.
- Craft Impactful Content: Assist in developing and presenting educational materials, including presentations, handouts, and other educational supports.
- Engage with the Community: Represent Starkey at local, provincial, and national meetings, conventions, and seminars.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Service teams to create and disseminate product knowledge.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Participate in clinical activities to remain current in clinical skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Degree in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist is required.
- Experience: Background in hearing aid dispensing or experience in a hearing aid manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Language: Fluent in Canadian French.
- This role requires ability to travel 75% of the time.
- Location: Preference for an individual in Ontario or Quebec in proximity to a major airport

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledgeable in Adult Learning methods and philosophies
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
- Computer literacy and technical acumen.
