Director, Inventory Partnerships (Singapore)

StackAdapt’s Inventory Partnerships team focuses on developing and leading strategic growth initiatives across our suite of programmatic advertising products within key inventory channels. In this role, you are responsible for identifying and spearheading solutions and services expansion opportunities for StackAdapt’s inventory channels and the development of the go-to-market strategies. This is a rare opportunity to impact a fast-growing, high-potential startup, with high visibility into StackAdapt’s Product, Operations, Customer, Engineering, Sales and Analytics teams.

As the Director of Inventory Partnerships, you will develop and grow relationships with supply partners, top-tier publishers, and media owners on a global scale to maximize StackAdapt’s inventory footprint. Our goal is to provide our clients with premium, high-performance programmatic inventory across all channels. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify supply opportunities that best suit our clients’ needs.

What you’ll be doing:
Manage and grow our SSP/exchange relationships globally; evaluating new partners, integration upgrades and troubleshooting

Execute the Inventory Partnerships roadmap to align with the company’s long-term strategy, while complying with industry standards and applicable government regulations

Create business requirements, build proposals and work with internal/external teams to ensure successful execution of projects

Gather market and customer information from clients and supply partners to provide feedback on programmatic trends and industry initiatives

Maintain and document knowledge of key supply and publisher offerings, from technical specs to roadmaps

Provide internal training on all things publisher and supply-related

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience

6+ years of online advertising experience required, ideally working with DSP, SSP, or publishers

Preferred Qualifications:
Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Proven track record of building partnerships by forging a strong relationship with vendors, understanding their objectives and recommending best practices

Track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams

Impeccable business judgment, along with an inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions
