Director, HR Mergers & Acquisitions Integration – (M6)

Key Responsibilities

Leads the design and delivery of multiple HR programs, processes, technologies and services to customers.

Develops and monitors staff/team to improve business performance, ensuring services and HR Operations initiatives are efficiently and effectively implemented.

Oversees the performance of HR employees on complex cases requiring a variety of specialized knowledge bases and skills, inclusive of working with outside vendors/consultants.

Designs and implements methods to resolve problems, update, simplify, enhance and optimize existing processes, procedures, policies and technologies.

Deep subject matter expertise knowledge in the programs they are responsible for, including best know methods in the industry.

Establishes and manages key metrics on case resolution, customer satisfaction, individual performance, issuing reports on performance success and case management.

Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across business unit, department or sub-functions

Leads through subordinate managers of managers; executes segment/functional business plans and contributes to the development of segment/functional strategy

Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment

Impact

Guided by segment/functional strategy, impacts results of a department, business unit or sub-function or facilitates the work done by other segments/functions by providing support to impact the business

Interpersonal Skills

Negotiates and influences the opinions of others at the senior executive level and in external organizations; exercises sensitivity to the audience
