Program Management – and Case Study Development

Program manager on key CSR programs – build and leverage partnerships with our NGO community (Child Development Institute; ReBoot Canada; Elevate; WoodGreen Community Services; NPower; UNICEF and others) to extend scale and impact of Cisco expertise and technology through Proof of Concept deployments. Work in close collaboration with Engineering, Sales and Finance to scope Proof of Concepts and ensure successful deployment, uptake and tracking. Build and promote case studies and support materials for Cisco’s key CSR activities and IT solution proof of concept. Case studies to be leveraged by Health and Education sales teams for scale and replication. These include: CAMH Mental Healthcare Initiative; Connected North; Cyber NB; Elevate; CDI and others.

Marketing/Brand Awareness

Develop branding/marketing strategies for various sponsorships and large Cisco programs with partners and customers, with a focus on building awareness of Cisco solutions to drive scale and impact of digital health and education services; and skills deployoment. Develop and lead Marketing, PR and Social media strategy to support Cisco’s CSR impact across a range of programs, events and speaking opportunities. Plans, creates, and executes on social media communications to promote events and sponsorship initiatives. Inclusive of strategic paid promotion campaigns. Develop blogs and website content for Corporate and Cisco Canada webpages.

Grant/ In-Kind donations

Manage product grants in support of a range of Not for Profits across Canada. Key liaison from Canada to engage with US Corp Affairs to leverage support. Manages the WebEx granting program for Canada including ongoing review and renewals. Lead manager for Not-for-Profit Connect program – supporting a range of NFPs who use Cisco’s Telepresence and facilities. Requires planning, coordination and execution of meetings/conferences/events, including complex TelePresence global meetings and demos. The program requires the ability to develop and strengthen relationships with Cisco partners and customers, )ie UNICEF, the Canadian Women’s Foundation, Pride at Work, Junior Achievement and TakingITGlobal) showcasing Cisco technology and maximizing on branding opportunities and demos.

Employee Volunteerism

Lead strategic plan to identify and support key employee engagement activities. Support Canada alignment with global programming: Be the Bridge/Americas Xchange/ /Girls Power Tech/Cisco Citizen Network. Co-ordinate and lead team volunteers to execute national and regional employee volunteerism and fundraising activities including: Bowling for CAMH , Global Hunger Campaign, Connected Santa
