Boundary Co-op is hiring a Meat Manager at our Food Store in Boissevain, Manitoba.

What you’ll do:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Boundary Co-op’s Meat Department in Boissevain Food Store, including:

Product processing/development, pricing & packaging;

Business planning;

Budgeting;

Staff supervision;

Being responsible for sales/margin/expenses;

Providing a high level of customer service.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:
You have a sound educational background;

You have experience in a leadership role in a similar working environment;

Experience in the meat processing would be essential;

You’re familiar with commodity sales, gross margin, and inventory management;

You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do;

You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
