Provide superior customer service and flawless execution in the co-ordination and administration of the education programs at Merrithew Host Training Centers worldwide. Responsibilities include handling the day-to-day facility services and activities associated with growing the revenue for Merrithew™ hosting and to co-ordinate the pre- during and post course execution of hosted courses.
Major responsibilities
Customer service
Provide superior customer service to new and current Host Training Centers by providing answers to their questions
Communicate with facility owners/operators to ensure our students’ needs are met
Proactively communicate with facility owners/operators on an ongoing basis to facilitate current and future training needs
Assist with providing marketing support to clients through liaison with the Marketing & Communications team
Coordination and Implementation
Plan and execute the post-sale details of hosting with securing course dates and Instructor Trainer, Hosting Agreement and invoices, processing payments, posting courses on the website, Instructor Trainer travel arrangements and Instructor Trainer agreements, providing courses documents to Instructor Trainers pre-course, and ordering course materials when needed and ensuring they have been shipped within designated timeline
Manage host site status reports to ensure all needs are in place for a successful hosting and learning experience for all students
Act as a facility resource for current host site inquiries regarding courses, workshops and Continuing Education programs/events
Submit relevant details for the communication and promotion of courses, workshops and Continuing Education requirements
Collect all post course documents; attendance lists, Instructor Declarations, and ensuring attendees are entered into the database (EMS) to generate completion letters
Provide coordination and administrative support to Merrithew Symposiums as required
Others duties as assigned
Skills and qualifications
2+ years coordination and customer service experience; preferably in a fitness related field
Post-Secondary Education in Business/Office Administration an asset
Critical- ability to multi-task and respond to shifting priorities
Time-management, prioritization and organizational skills
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Filemaker Pro (order entry), CRM, Excel
Acute attention to detail; strong listening and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional languages, spoken and written, are a definite asset
