Le Centre d’intervention de crise Tracom est un organisme à but non lucratif qui offre des services d’intervention de crise en santé mentale 24 h/24, 7 j/7, à la population adulte du territoire Centre-Ouest de l’Île de Montréal. Notre offre de service comprend l’intervention téléphonique, l’hébergement de crise et le suivi de crise dans la communauté.

Nous recherchons des candidats.es afin de pourvoir des postes au service d’hébergement de crise.

Postes permanents à temps complet (36-38 heures) 

Parce que notre organisme est un service essentiel 24 h/24, 7 j/7, nous recherchons des personnes disponibles à travailler selon un horaire flexible.

Les candidats.es doivent aussi être disponibles à travailler le jour durant la période d’entraînement qui dure généralement de 3 à 4 semaines.   

CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL

• Quarts de travail de soir (15 h à 23 h 30) et de nuit (22 h 30 à 8 h) principalement
• Taux horaire : 23.00$/heure (départ); prime de nuit 5$/heure
• Horaire 4 jours/semaine
• Fin de semaine: 1 sur 3
• 5 semaines de congé (dès la 1re année)
• Congés : personnels et fériés
• Régime de retraite et d’assurance collective
• Supervision clinique
• Formation de base et continue

RESPONSABILITÉS

• Évaluation psychosociale et intervention de crise
• Participation à l’élaboration et à la mise en application de plans d’intervention
• Estimation du potentiel de passage à l’acte suicidaire et du risque d’homicide 
• Prise en charge quotidienne des volets « hébergement de crise » et « intervention téléphonique »

FORMATION ET HABILETÉS REQUISES

• Expérience ou formation en relation d’aide
• Avoir complété au minimum une technique collégiale dans un domaine pertinent
• Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
• Facilité à créer un lien de confiance auprès d’une clientèle variée
• Bonne capacité d’adaptation, sens de l’initiative et bon esprit d’équipe
• Bonne capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction
• Aptitude à travailler sous pression et à faire face au stress

The services include telephone intervention, crisis housing, and community follow-up.

We are currently seeking candidates to fill the following positions on our housing team. 

Permanent Fulltime positions (36-38 hours)

Because we offer an essential service that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we are looking for candidates open to working a flexible schedule.

Candidates must be available to work during the day and evening during the training period, approximately 3-4 weeks.      

WORKING  CONDITIONS

• Evening shifts (3:00pm – 11:30pm) and overnight shifts (10:30pm – 8:00am) principally
• Starting salary : $ 23.00/hour (an additional overnight premium of $ 5/hour)
• A 4-day work week
• Weekends: 1 in 3
• 5 weeks of vacation the first year
• Personal days and statutory holidays
• Simplified pension plan and group insurance plan
• Initial intensive training and clinical supervision
• On-going training and support, clinical supervision

RESPONSABILITIES :

• Psychosocial evaluation and crisis intervention
• Participation in the creation and implementing of intervention plans
• Estimation of suicidal risk and homicidal risk
• Daily management of crisis housing and crisis telephone interventions 

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Experience or training in counselling
• Completion of a post-secondary program in a related field
• Good command of both English and French
• At ease creating a link with a varied clientele
• An ability to adapt, to take Initiative and possess a good team spirit
• An ability to be analytical, and write concisely 
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stress
