Consult directly with customers on current business challenges and identify solutions
Support Sales in growing the business through development of targeted / differentiated solutions
Develop new product and service solutions that will drive incremental revenue
Innovate through the transformation of LTI service solutions into re-sellable product offerings
Socialize and support global LTI solution awareness amongst the broader customer facing teams
Demonstrate continued investment and increase customer stickiness for existing core products
Capitalize on industry changes and client needs through research and innovation
Strategize with technology to protect against competitive threats
Selective review of industry partnerships and alliances to determine opportunities to monetize
Product Regulatory and Compliance adherence where applicable
Develop proposals and presentation material detailing the solutions proposed
Engage and drive the delivery organization to deliver on new products, services, solutions
Search out and participate in relevant industry groups and committees
Monitor asset/wealth management industry trends and create opportunities based on need
Engage in social media relevant to our products and solutions – i.e. Twitter, Linked In, etc…
Create, update and maintain product and solution roadmaps, playbooks, collateral
Support Sales and RM’s during the sales process – demo’s, documentation, pricing, etc…
Maintains the product and solution P/L – deep understanding of cost models and profitability
Create product/solution pricing model and define pricing parameters based on margin needs
Own the product/solution budget and allocate investment to the highest ROI deliverables
Create, document and maintain the go to market strategy
Create, document and maintain use case scenarios and case studies
Competitive analysis of competing products and vendors
Create Business Cases for new products and solutions, identifying where clients will spend
Working closely with RMs, Sponsors and Clients to assist in resolving prioritization conflicts
Develop and implement strategies aiming to promote the organization’s mission and “voice”
Develop and build upon existing relationships to promote the company’s products, services and reputation.

Work closely with internal departments and implementation teams to ensure high levels of support and customer satisfaction in respect to product and solution delivery
