- To participate in the local prospection phase as well as the implementation of the first store in British Columbia.
- In partnership with our expansion service team, you will identify potential locations for the future development of our brand in Vancouver and the surrounding areas.
- Lead promotion campaigns and develop digital activities to raise brand awareness ahead of the opening of the first store.
- Recruit, select and put together the team that will contribute to the success of this project.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the various services (supply, distribution, communications, etc.)
- Define the objectives of the project on a human, financial and environmental level.
- Support and encourage in-store teammates to develop the necessary skills to support this project.
- Use your leadership qualities to develop a team that is focused on customer service.
The leader of this project must: – Be passionate about retail and sports
- Have more than 5 years of store management experience
- In-dept knowledge of the retail market for this area (Vancouver)
- Demonstrate dynamism, energy, autonomy and initiative;
- Ability to communicate easily; Flexibility, agility,
- Ability to manage change, Determination, rigor and results-oriented
