The Medical Education Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of all Medical Education Events, Grants and Fellowships supported by J&J Medical Device Companies. The responsibilities will include total payments, resident program administration, Fellowship engagement packages, education calendars, event coordination and general administrative responsibilities. In addition to working closely with the Global Education team, the position will have general administrative responsibilities for the Medical Affairs department. This position will also act as the back up to the lateral Senior Medical Education Coordinator and the Senior Specialist Medical Education position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all medical education branding including but not limited, Registration links, welcome Letters, Name Badges, Agendas, shipment of onsite branding and post event survey
Preparing fellowship and educational grant requests for the internal review
Collaborate with Medical Education Manager on resident and fellowship strategy
Work closely with Medical Education Managers to manage all OR visits, US Sources, EMEA courses and WWHQVs***
Lead J&J Institute learning management system
Work closely with Senior Specialist, Medical Education on special projects
Supporting on-site activities
Build post event highlights, assist with audit tracking and preparation
Responsible for Cvent monitoring and Education Calendars
Build and deliver qualitative and quantitative reports to validate and shape strategies
Payment responsibilities for Global Education to include HCP, Grants and Fellowships
Supporting Commercial Education Manager with on-boarding field sales team
General Administrative responsibilities that includes records coordinator, yearend financials, on boarding, PO’s, adhoc administrative request
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent Time Management, sense of urgency and work organization skills
Strong attention to detail
Project Management skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong collaboration and teaming skills
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and adobe acrobat experience
Preferred:
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
Minimum two years related experience preferably in Medical Devices
Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Guidelines
Working knowledge of current databases, products and processes is an asset (Cvent, Ariba, Emarketplace, Aravo, ICD)
