Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a manager in a health care profession who is familiar with planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating the delivery of health care services in a hospital, medical clinics or in other health care organizations. We are looking for an energetic individual who has experience working in a senior capacity in the health care profession of delivering natural, homeopathic and/or pharmaceutical services, or in other types of health care services.

Job Type / Category

Full time, at least 30 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and direct the delivery of health care services including natural, homeopathic and/or pharmaceutical services;
• Develop evaluation systems for monitoring the quality of different types of services delivered to patients;
• Design and implement plans for new products and new services;
• Implement and control budget planning;
• Supervise health care professionals and other employees;
• Recruit and provide training to health care professionals and other employees;
• Represent the establishment at meetings with government officials, the public and other organizations.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

• Certification, degree or diploma in relevant health care professions;
• 3 years in supervisory position in a health care unit or hospital department;
• Managerial experience in a healthcare or pharmacy or natural health retail environment is preferred;
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage others while adhering to company values;
• Strong relationship building capabilities and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Salary: $44.00-$47.50/hour
