Salary: $23-$27/hour
Our client in Milton* is expanding and looking to add multiple Senior Blow Mould Technicians to their growing team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a stable, long-term career with excellent benefits, including pension and RRSP contribution.
- Location: Milton, Ontario
- Shift: 1 week of days, 1 week of afternoons and 1 week of nights
- Pay Rate: Negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure designated nets are clear and ready before starting scheduled items.
- Perform safe and efficient mold changes to produce high-quality bottles as scheduled.
- Coordinate color changes to minimize or eliminate downtime.
- Conduct and record all Quality Assurance Tests using the Blow Molding QA Sheet.
- Maintain machine functionality through minor mechanical repairs and report larger issues to the Blow Molding Supervisor or Senior Operator.
- Assist with major repairs as needed.
- Perform routine shift preventive maintenance, including filter changes, equipment cleaning, and lubrication.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in blow molding operations and mold/tool changes
- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting ability
- Able to work independently on a continental shift
- Committed to quality and safety standards
