We’re on the search for a Director, Service Delivery!
Reporting into the Head of Professional Services, you will be responsible for best-in-class service delivery and expeditious time-to-value. You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring and supporting our PS team (comprised of both functional and technical resources), internal to Uberflip, and amongst our Partner community. You will partner with other Customer Success and Sales Managers to match the appropriate PS resources with the projects scheduled to be delivered.
The Director, Service Delivery will act as a point of escalation for delivery challenges (functional, technical and employee based), have excellent presentation skills, communication skills, strong project definition and management experience, and understand how to construct and staff a complex project for success.
What you will be doing:
Develop and maintain staffing needs and projections across 4 teams (Solutions Engineering, onBrand, Implementation, and Development Coordination)
Responsible for leading and managing the Solutions Engineering, Development Coordinator, and onBrand Web Development team consisting of 12+ individuals, along with any newly developed project teams
Manage delivery resources to defined utilization targets
Maintain product expertise with the Uberflip platform and adjoining solutions, with the ability to explain the business value in the context of project execution
Actively participate in project kick-off and ongoing project oversight, serving as a point of escalation for any delivery issues which may arise
Guide, mentor and manage PS team, maintaining accurate and timely project status reports on active engagements, including resource/budget tracking, milestone achievement, and work quality
Lead team in the development of consulting methodologies & best practices
Work with the Development team to streamline and optimize processes and tools
Work with Sales team to refine pre-sales processes including discovery and contracting
Undertake the design, development, and go-to-market strategies for new services as customer needs evolve and emerge
Support the development of Statements of Work based off of pre-sales meetings and discovery, supporting the process by conducting discovery while training other internal and partner resources to expand our reach and throughput in the future
Continue building programs focused on Customer education, technical and branding consultation, as well as product implementation.
Identifying customer/internal app requirements, prioritizing, and leading the team through the development, QA, and go-to-market for Uberflip Marketplace Apps
Managing off-shore partner programs for the delivery of customer implementation and web-development services

You have experience in negotiating, active listening, and building relationships to further enhance team’s contribution to company’s success
You are proactive; a tenacious self-starter to the core
Bonus points if:
You are experienced working with and deploying SaaS solutions
You have a good understanding of web-development as pertaining to SaaS solutions
Highly organized and detail focused
Comfortable working in a matrix management environment, having the ability to influence people and decisions without direct management authority
ITIL & PMP Certification or experience strongly preferred
