Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Operations, the Director of Operations is the resource person who ensures the smooth running and productive continuity of operations at his site. The Operations Manager is an expert in mobilizing his teams, improving processes, and managing risks in order to bring our mission to life through each of his actions and thus help our business partners increase the value of each customer contact.

You will develop your team members by providing guidance and coaching necessary for their improvement.

You will work closely with the client to maximize performance and exceed expectations with respect to key service indicators (productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency)

You will have carte blanche to suggest and implement necessary corrective measures in a proactive manner and you will always understand the global impact of your decisions on the overall operations of the company.

You will be responsible for the governance management of the mandate as an ambassador for GEXEL and the client’s brand.

You will act as a change agent in continuous process improvement and high-performance culture implementation.

You will contribute to the decision-making regarding the budget management aspects of your mandate and the protection of internal revenues.

You will work in collaboration with different departments of the organization and with a multidisciplinary team (HR, Operations, Finance, Quality, Recruitment, etc.) to ensure the success of your mandate and GEXEL

Experience in managing the financial health of a project and making recommendations accordingly

Relevant experience in managing a call center team

Ability to make effective presentations

A college diploma or professional degree (DEC or DEP) in business management or administration or relevant experience in the field of customer contact centers

Good command of the Office suite and software used in CCC

Experience in the fashion industry is an asset
