What You’ll Do
Under executive direction, the Director, Member Experience and Transformation provides
leadership and oversight to the delivery of an exceptional member experience through SCCU’s
branch operations and all business channels. This role leads the development and implementation
of SCCU’s Member Experience Strategy, drives a culture of continuous improvement,
transformational service and drives the achievement of sales and performance targets in branch
and subsidiary operations to support the growth and sustainability of the credit union. As a
member of the Senior Management team the position has shared accountability for the overall
health and effectiveness of the organization.
What Does the Ideal Candidate Bring?
The preferred candidate has completed a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field along
with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the financial industry including a minimum
of 3 years in a leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years of sales management. We are looking
for an individual who would like to grow their financial services career with us. The successful
candidate will be someone with proven strong leadership and strategic vision.
