The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing customer service representative with strong project management abilities and a passion for learning new technology platforms. This role will take on the support and onboarding of our existing and new services platforms with our customers and project manage key initiatives underway and in the future.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will assist customers with all aspects of the registration and use of our new solution platforms, while being the lead resource for Video Services, eReference and Background checking services, and any new platforms in future
- Take on Project Management for new platform initiatives. Create, execute and report out on project work-back schedules
- Participate in special projects, teams, and other related duties
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and all other CV team members
- Provide high levels of customer service and brisk response times
- Be technology platform savy, being comfortable with supporting customers on how best to utilize our multiple solution platforms

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and project management skills
- Passionate about using your skills for good
- Excellent track record of building successful client relationships
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and working plan execution experience
- Proficient with some or all: Microsoft Office, MS Project, SalesForce CRM Software, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work from home – has a home office
- Experienced with the nonprofit sector in Canada
Salary: $60,000 with Benefits Package
