You will be the Decathlon Winnipeg Store Director
– You will be responsible for the opening of the store and maintaining everyday a qualitative store experience
– You will recruit, train and lead your local team of around 50 people
– You will create brand awareness in your city
– You will satisfy all your customers through incredible service and a dedicated team
– You will be responsible for the store’s financial performance
– You will share and communicate Decathlon’s values to local teammates
– You have an entrepreneurial spirit
– Sports play an important role in your life
– You are energetic and have a positive attitude
– You have a strong local knowledge of Winnipeg in both retail and sports participation
– You speak fluent English (knowledge of French is an extra asset)
– You are hands-on, driven by challenges
– You have proven store or retail operation leader experience ideally related to sport
– You are willing to spend at least 3 months in another Decathlon Store in Canada (Quebec or Ontario)
– You are legally permitted to work in Canada
