We are currently accepting applications for a leave replacement for a temporary full-time Admissions/Records Clerk in Student Services commencing as soon as possible and extending to June 3, 2022, with the possibility of extending.
The Admissions/Records Clerk will be responsible for supporting the admissions office by processing applications for admission, establishing student files, processing requests for Medicine Hat College transcripts, filing, initiating and tracking requests for applicants’ transcripts.
Minimum Qualifications
- An Office Technology Certificate
- 1 years office experience involving public contact
- Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered
- The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as have the ability to work both independently and as a team player
Terms of Employment
Hours of Work:
35 hours per week
Wage Rate:
$22.91 per hour (Start Rate); $26.04 per hour (Job Rate)
