Ranch Ehrlo Society has an exciting career opportunity within its residential team. We are a nationally recognized treatment program seeking candidates to fill our Director of Residential Treatment position for our specialized residential treatment program in the Pilot Butte and Regina area.

We are dedicated to providing quality residential treatment services to children, youth, and adults who are experiencing a range of social, psychological, behavioural, cognitive, and psychiatric difficulties. Services are provided through holistic and psychosocial therapies, designed to enhance the well-being of individuals and their families.

The leadership and direction of the residential program is provided by the Director of Residential Treatment along with the Director of Clinical Services. Each of these positions are integral members of the multi-disciplinary team providing treatment services to our clients.

The Director of Residential Treatment provides leadership and management of the residential treatment program for various programs and/or units assigned to them. This position is responsible for residential treatment programming, administration functions, annual planning, budgeting, and operational supervision of residential staff within their division. They work closely with the individual managers to ensure that treatment services, resources, and staff of the units are working within the vision of the agency and working towards the goals as set out in the strategic plan.

Preferred skills and experience:
A master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related human services field.

10 years of residential group home experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of social services and out of home placements, with

a particular emphasis on persons with developmental disabilities.

Experience as a collaborative member within a multi-disciplinary team.

Knowledgeable in Saskatchewan Family and Child Services Act and the Saskatchewan

Residential Services Act and Regulations.

Experience with employment standards and law.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent leadership and training skills.

Annual wage is $107,372 to $145,268 depending on experience.
