What Will You Work On?
Leading strategic client relationships for a broad group of retail accounts resulting in strong partnerships and exceptional service delivery of Partner objectives.
Steering /directing the Partner strategy (with significant independence) while leveraging the AMRP platform while leveraging the AMRP platform, unique data advantage and digital reach to support the Partner in meeting their financial and business objectives as well as meeting AMRP objectives for the account.
Leading the development of data driven customer relationship strategies that align with the Partners business objectives.
Gaining critical insights into the Partner’s business and overall industry, leveraging these insights with the Partner team and collaboratively identifying opportunities to build relevant business solutions.
Negotiating and maintaining Partner contracts and executing against the terms of the contracts.
How Will You Create Impact?
Develop and Deliver on Partner / Revenue Plan
Manage multiple or complex client relationships for specific leading retail brands resulting in strong partnerships and exceptional service delivery with the support of Client Lead, Client Marketing Manager, Client Marketing Specialist and Analytic Solutions team to deliver AMRP objectives for portfolio.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, A.I./Data Science, Finance and Legal to manage overall Partner relationships.
Direct the creation of the overall Partner account strategy including business and financial objectives and the work plan needed to meet the plan and targets.
Manages the Work and Deliverables
Serve as a primary point of contact for Partner relationship; contact will interact with primary team with the Partner as well as senior executives, serving as a resource for Loyalty and overall business solutions.
Strategic Work
Goes beyond the client lead mandate to act as thought leader and strategic advisor to our Partners working closely with A.I./Data Science and Marketing as well as works more cross-functionally with the broader business to drive forward the strategic objectives of the partner.
Lead strategic, complex marketing and analytic projects, including leading data strategy to gain critical insights into the Partner business and overall industry, share leverage these insights together with the team and collaboratively identify opportunities and whitespaces to build relevant loyalty business solutions within the account and across accounts, in support of overall business objectives.
Forecasting
Manage the overall Partner plans related to the AMRP revenue plan for the business. Use insights and knowledge of AMRP priorities, Partner business, economic trends, history of the account and Partner account strategy as a guide for the inputs.
Work with the A.I. team and Finance to ensure a cohesive revenue forecast is delivered based on data trends and marketing plans along with the above inputs and knowledge.
Let’s Talk About You:
Minimum of 6-10 years of directly related work experience in retail or loyalty/digital marketing
Minimum of 4 years of Supervisory/Management experience, strong business acumen and ability to coach and mentor
In-depth understanding of retail industry and corresponding loyalty applications
Relationship management skills and ability to work cross functionally, influence and work through others
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and results as well as the ability to apply data and analytics insight to generate new business opportunities for clients
Ability to influence / sell at Director level and above
Track record of delivering on and beyond targets
Ability to manage an annual marketing budget of over $500k
