An integral part of the Port Coquitlam community, Hawthorne Seniors Care Community is a “Campus of Care”, including Memory Cottages, Long Term Care Lodge, Dialysis Program, Adult Day Program and Assisted Living. Hawthorne Seniors Care Community is operated by the non-profit society, Port Coquitlam Senior Citizens’ Housing Society which further includes 96 units of subsidized low income housing.

Chief Executive Officer
The Board of Directors is seeking a highly innovate and dynamic Chief Executive Officer who is passionately aligned with our Mission, Vision and Values, providing each person we serve with the best in individualized, person-centred care.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will be a strategic planner, building on the accomplishments of the past 40 years and leading the organization to the next level of growth and success. Overseeing all aspects of our operations, you will successfully meet the challenges and opportunities presented in a changing health care system.
You will hold a Master’s degree in Health Sciences, Health Care Administration or a related discipline, complemented by increasingly responsible experience in leadership of a non-profit organization. Ideally, you will have expertise in labour relations in a fully unionized environment.
