Job Description
The Terminal Manager is responsible for all aspects of the facility, team, and performance.
Some of the key duties either direct or indirect would be continued sales and growth, H&S, motivating & developing, evaluating, disciplining and solving problems daily.
While working with Brokers on productivity and Service the Terminal Manager is responsible for achieving KPI’s while meeting or exceeding financial targets.
Qualifications
Expirence in Mangement
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of AS400
Problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
Strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask.
An energetic, competitive and career-oriented mindset.
Note: This reflects the starting range for this position. The actual wage will be determined by the person’s qualifications.
