As a Boutique Director, you will ensure the efficient and profitable day-to-day management of the Boutique, while focusing on continuous development of turnover. You will be leading by example and encouraging optimum standards and activity amongst the team, whilst continually monitoring and managing the standards of customer service, product care, staff presentation and teamwork. You will work with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Boutique Manager.
Main Responsibilities
Provide the highest level of customer service at all times and support the team in upholding the standards.
Ensure achievement of financial and strategic objectives, while encouraging and supporting a continued focus amongst the team.
Ensure recruitment of staff (completion of paperwork and facilitation of relevant training)
Address the performance management issues and complete assessments
Ensure suitable and structured organization, communication and monitor weekly quotas and daily breaks
Participate actively and positively in the elaboration of the budget for the Boutique
Participate in buying sessions and appointments, select a stock assortment which will provide the optimum choice for the Boutique’s customers
Ensure the efficient management of stock and control procedures
