Duties & Responsibilities:
- Effectively support the overall objections of the Store including providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales
- Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals
- Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping store stocked and tidy
- Attends and participates in regular communication meetings held by the Store Manager
Requirements :
Completion of High School supplemented with some College coursework
5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Automotive aftermarket and parts supply background and/or knowledge
Experience in personnel management
Excellent communication and organization skills
Strong computer literacy
