With a mission of “life made easier,” the company is a one-stop platform providing food delivery (Fantuan Delivery), reviews (Fantuan Reviews), an errand service (Fantuan Rush), e-commerce and marketing services. Fantuan is one of the top Asian life-services platforms in North America, currently operating across Vancouver, Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary, Montreal, Seattle, Los Angeles, New York and other metropolitan areas in Canada and the US.
Job Duties:
Fully responsible for the overall planning, directing and implementation of the Fantuan’s APP product.
Organize and drive APP’s design and development of on-line processes
Create Fantuan’s APP products architecture, process flow, prototype, and conceptualize design
Use data to identify current product issues and develop optimization plans to drive solutions
Collaborate with development team, UI designers bring products from concepts to launch
Analyze user behaviours by data basis and improve the competitiveness of Fantuan’s APP product.
According to the user needs, design functional prototypes for Fantuan’s APP; responsible for landing, upgrading and continuous optimization of process-wide products
Budget management and performance management of IT team.
