Position Summary…
This role acts as the finance lead and key business partner for the SVP Health Care. The Director of Health Care Finance is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the health care financial results including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow. This role expected to partner across the various elements of our Health and Pharmacy businesses including merchandising, operations, and distribution. This role leads the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) process for Health Care across all channels. Finally, this role is responsible for the financial modelling and ROI analysis for all investments within the health care portfolio.
What you’ll do…
1. Lead the annual budget process by setting overall targets with business partners in Health Care and drive consistent application of FP&A process across the various Health and Pharmacy Leaders. Partner with these teams to prioritize spend and capital investments against their strategic objectives and ensure that they deliver against their efficiency, leverage, and investment return goals. In addition, develop tools to deliver marketing ROI analytics to optimize investment by channel and program for the operating year.
