POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for someone to fill the permanent full-time position as Director of Maintenance for La Résidence Manoir Les Retrouvailles.

The maintenance manager is responsible for coordinating the activities of housekeeping attendants, managing requisitions and ensuring the custody of buildings at all times. He performs various work related to the maintenance of the building and the management of maintenance and renovation projects.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be available to respond to emergencies

Supervise the maintenance of the equipment

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma (SSD)

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
